The Downtown South East – Elliot Park zone has seen a lot of action during the boom years in the early 2000′s. HCMC – Hennepin County Medical Center, The Metrodome, North Central College and Elliot Park are some of the defining landmarks seen in this south east corner of downtown Minneapolis.
